Oracle Identity Management Lead Engineer

SEA Group is currently seeking an OIM Sr. Team Lead/Architect to work on a strategic project in Denver, CO. We need a strong Lead that can play a highly hands-on and strategic role around managing, development and/or administration of Oracle Identity Manager and the ability to recommend next best steps and practices to broaden an OIM footprint. We are looking for someone that has been there, done that in the lead role. The individual performing this role is responsible for the quality and integrity of an Oracle Identity Manager Platform and related products.

Required skills and knowledge include expertise in implementation, customization and integration of IAM products (Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics and others), as well as skills related to their successful operation, including tuning and optimization of application servers, problem determination and troubleshooting.
Duties include developing a strong understanding of commercial product capabilities, installing new releases of products, evaluating competitive products, and working closely with vendors and systems integrators to manage the implementation of new products and services (50%).
The individual will also perform analysis, design, construction and testing duties to integrate IAM applications with other software, applications and services (25%).
The individual will serve in a level two / level three support capacity, providing off-hours and weekend support for software releases and repairs as well as to perform problem determination and troubleshooting when problems arise (25%), work which can generally be performed remotely.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
