Performance Analysis Specialist

Key Role:
Lead and develop a capture strategy associated with SIGINT performance analysis and anomaly resolution capabilities in support of building a capability for acquisition efforts. Support the stakeholder as an SME providing advice and technical expertise for SIGINT operations and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks in support of one or more collection systems, ground systems, and communication systems. Search and bring forward problems or issues proactively with current operations that could be addressed, seek near- and long-term solutions, and resolve problems or improve future mission operations. Develop innovative solutions, recommend potential system usage in ways they are not traditional, and think outside-the-box to resolve different aspects of a problem, leading to innovative ideas and solutions. Demonstrate experience with enterprise anomaly resolution to perform root cause analysis, simulation, and development and application of technical performance measures. Apply experience with supporting the analysis of new system products during various segments of the product life cycle with the view to determine and mitigate potential problems prior to delivery to operations.
Basic
Qualifications:
-15 years of experience with the capabilities and limitations of operational environments
-Experience as an SME in one or more areas of SIGINT operations support, including collection systems, ground systems, or communication systems
-Experience with a defense agency client
-Ability to produce and present clear and concise briefing material
-Ability to assimilate information from disparate sources and summarize for senior-level leadership
-Ability to be proactive in bringing issues forward and collaborate closely with a small team to identify and suggest the implementation of solutions
-Ability to make the operations environment run smoothly with regards to budgetary concerns
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience at a field site or Cryptologic Center
-Experience with participating in system operational performance assessments and making recommendations for discrepancy and anomaly resolution
-Experience with providing trending and performance assessment of current operations, including development and enhancement of performance metrics
-Experience with test plan review and test and analysis evaluation for operational anomaly support and new operational products
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BS degree in a technical field or Certification preferred
