This position is responsible for skills in the areas of web-based markup/programming languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) with strong experience related to troubleshooting and Quality Assurance testing. The Web Content Assistant uses his/her technical skills to migrate courses and components of web-based learning content from one platform to another as well as develop new web-based learning content from templates.
Tasks are delegated to the Web Content Assistant from senior team members with explicit instruction and limited responsibility.
Associates degree or equivalent experience in related field required. Must have previous experience in a professional environment. Customer service experience is a plus.

Understanding and usage of Microsoft Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
This position is remote and requires the candidate have a current office setup that includes the ability to run Windows and access to high-speed internet.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
