Responsibilities:
The Software Developer role is an integral part of our systems development team. This role will be involved in and responsible for the development of software products for external and internal systems. This individual must have a passion for code quality, reusability, performance, and correctness, tempered by the ability to deliver on time, to meet business and product requirements.
Required Skills:
PHP & MySQL Experience
Object Oriented Design
Code repository experience, such as GIT
Extensive experience developing applications using the MVC design pattern
Experience working with both REST and SOAP API interfaces
Experience working with linux and/or Mac OSX
CakePHP or similar framework experience
Proficient skills to support existing infrastructure
Desired Skills:
Front End Experience (Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5 etc)
Mobile Development or willingness to learn Mobile Development
Wanting to work in a fast paced, yet relaxed atmosphere
Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Experience:
Knowledge of the video post-production industry is a plus
Experience in software architecture is a plus

Education and
Experience:
Minimum four year degree in a programming field, or a two year degree in a programming field and two plus years equivalent experience is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
