7-8 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong focus on Business processes
platform with experience implementing Case Management, Entitlements, SLAs (at least 2 projects)
Salesforce Adm 201 Certification required
Strong understanding of SalesForces capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers.
Experience working with Business and IT teams
Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
6-7 years of Business Analyst and or Project Management experience with a strong focus on Business processes Salesforce.com platform, specifically Service Cloud & Communities preferred; Business Analyst experience with CRM implementation for a call center environment. It is desirable to have had experience delivering call center processes and solutions Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes. Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
