DataPower Consultant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Denver, CO.
Top Skill You Should Possess:
- IBM DataPower implementation and configuration expertise
What You'll Be Doing:
- IBM DataPower high-level consultant for a short term engagement of approximately 6 months.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and implement IBM DataPower.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Two (2) plus years of hands on implementation of DataPower configurations and settings.
- In depth knowledge of Multi-protocol gateways on DataPower
- In Depth knowledge of XML Firewall on DataPower
- Very string in XSL/XML Technologies and how they are used in DataPower
- In depth knowledge of DataPower features and functions (all editions). eg DataPower variables, DataPower as an ESB, DataPower exposing JSON/REST, etc.
- In depth knowledge of troubleshooting on DataPower. eg how to use the probe, how to set up Log Targets, etc.
- In depth knowledge of the DataPower Management Interface
- Knowledge of the DataPower CLI interface (Linux-like environment that DataPower provides)
- Experience in the implementation of the policies that are utilized in both the Multi-Protocol Gateway and XML Firewall.
- Proven experience in gaining performance metrics through DataPower tuning
- Experience with security Implementations in DataPower, both utilizing the built-in functions as well as utilizing custom style sheets.
- Experience in configuration management of DataPower configurations.
