Patent Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will monitor a docket to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner, coordinate all aspects of USPTO, PCT, and foreign filings, correspond with clients and foreign agents, and manage various projects as assigned. Should have 2-15 years of experience in Patent Prosecution Practice and experience drafting and filing all types of documents with the US Patent Office is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
