We are seeking an experienced Sales Support or Project Coordinator to take on this role. This role is immediate hire.

Responsibilities:
Achieve and maintain expertise in our product and service offerings.
Assist the team with all customer related matters including phone and email communication, document creation and facilitation.
Responsible for all pre- and post-sales support ensuring our clients have a positive experience working with Sequris.
Be the single point of contact knowing the status of a deal at all times and learn how to move deal through our internal processes.
Work closely with outside sales professional services, and our clients as a liaison between sales and operations.
Quote creation and follow-up using online vendor tools and internal tools for new business and renewals.
Procurement including PO creation, order confirmation, CRM updates, RMA processing, issue resolution, and packing/shipping.

Desired Skills & Experience
1-2 years proven sales performance (Inside, Outside, Telemarketing, Sales Support, Business Coordinator).
B2B sales experience a plus.
Engaging and warm phone presence that exudes confidence.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with Check Point, Websense, F5, Source Fire, Blue Coat and Imperva helpful, not required.
Live in Denver, CO metro area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail.
Excellent organization and time management skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
