Production Engineer II - Denver

One of our top clients is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to work at one of their largest onshore fields. The company has been a major E & P company for over 75 years and is well-known and respected in the Oil & Gas industry. Relocation to Denver, CO is included.
Your main responsibility will be to evaluate, develop, and implement short and long-term production plans and forecasts of wells, platforms, and fields. In order to successfully execute this, you will be highly knowledgeable in nodal analysis and fluid flow in reservoirs and wellbores. It is also necessary that you have extensive knowledge with PVT analysis of reservoir fluids along with pressure and rate transient analysis.
Duties and requirements:
Manage production operations by setting and maintaining production goals in assigned area of operations including drilling, facility design and maintenance, water flood design, and production equipment design
Conduct analysis on wells, platforms, and fields
Monitor capital budget
Provide recommendations that optimize completion design
Maintain required safety training and compliance
Provide cost estimates and time schedules for future work-overs and new executions
Determine which wells need production enhancements and recommend procedures or processes to maintain/increase production
Provide SOPs & SOGs for common operations in the business unit
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of applicable experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
