Strong Excel skills

AutoCAD skills a plus
Strong analytical skills
Space needs and utilization experience at the commercial level, not residential (government, healthcare or
education
is a plus)
Travel is a component of this position. Trips are 2-4 days and as many as 24 trips a year may be required
Comfortable interacting with clients and being part of planning team's meetings
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight project deadlines.
Must have strong speaking and writing skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
