ThyssenKrupp Robins provides state of the art engineering and technical assistance in the areas of resource technology. Uhde Corporation of America (UCA) provides state of the art engineering and technical assistance in the areas of process plant solutions such as Coke, Chemical, Oil Refining, Plastics, Fertilizer, Electrolysis, High Pressure & Gas Technologies.
The QA/QC Manager is a key
position
within our centralized Construction Management Team and will be based in our Greenwood Village office, just south of Denver, CO. With overall responsibility of field QA/QC construction efforts you will be responsible for the preparation, administration and management of a comprehensive Quality Control Management system to promote and ensure quality work practices and conditions of construction site employees and for the integration of our policies with our customer's and contractor's QA/QC programs. You will maintain line management relationships with the Project Quality Manager based at the construction sites to ensure that corporate Total Quality Management concepts and philosophies are fully reflected in the field work. You will manage the overall QA/QC Program and report directly to the Vice President of US Construction with responsibilities to the ThyssenKrupp Head of Vice President of US Construction in Dortmund, Germany.
Primary Objectives:
Assist in the development of site specific QA / QC plans and provide process and procedural documentation for new projects.
Function as the main focal point for all QA / QC related issues during the development of projects.
Interface with QA / QC teams of the client and contractors.
Develop third party inspection policies, procedures and field strategies.
Ensure compliance, across all project sites, of all current QA / QC requirements.
Track and report all construction site QA / QC related efforts.
Conduct on-site QA / QC audits.
Provide guidance for the integration of QA / QC aspects into project plan development.
Reinforce QA/QC policies and procedures while providing feedback to encourage quality compliance.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years' of experience as a QA / QC professional in either an operational or construction environment in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power or similar heavy industries.
Thorough knowledge of Process Plant Operations and Construction with respect to quality control which may vary through the installation, commissioning, start-up and operational phases.
Ability to adapt ThyssenKrupp worldwide QA / QC processes and procedures into US site specific applications.
Working knowledge of ASME, ASTM, NFPA and PSM requirements.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate site QA / QC issues to all levels of employees and management, including to those employees where English may not be their first language.
Ability to write clear, concise and effective QA / QC reports.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
