This
position
is the second level in the Technical Career Path. Incumbents in this position work as part of an IT Operations team to provide implementation and operational design support for a broad range of infrastructure technologies. Incumbent has a broad knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

Required Experience/Skills:

Participate as part of a project team in developing, implementing and supporting infrastructure technologies for the business. Participate in developing guidelines and procedures fin areas such as LAN/WANs, network
services
, data storage, architecture and/or desktop environment services and in communicating those to the user
community
.
Analytical, experienced ECM Administrator, with strong technical hands on skills supporting IBM FileNet P8, ICC, eDiscovery Mgr, Data cap products etc.
Provide industry best practices for Content Management (ECM) systems support across the enterprise.
In depth hands on expertise on FileNet P8 4.x and above with thorough understanding and troubleshooting skills on P8 Content Engine, Process Engine, ICC etc.
Experience in FileNet P8 4.x, 5.x design, installation, Configuration and administration.
Experience with managing Server Operating Systems like Microsoft Windows (and/or AIX), knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies and IP based networks.
Hands on experience working in Weblogic/Websphere.
2nd/3rd level application support in a heterogeneous network infrastructure.
Support & maintenance of FileNet Production, UAT and DR environments.
Follow up for various FileNet related PMR's raised with IBM.
Documentation for critical issues faced in FileNet.
Hands on production support experience with FileNet P8 4.x and above
Qualifications: Bachelors in
computer
Science, related field or equivalent experience.

years of experience in an IT role. Thorough understanding of one or more operating environments: (Windows, Linux, UNIX, Windows NT, etc.). Stays current with rapidly changing technology and applies it to business needs. Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Professional certification as warranted.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
