ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Holland & Hart is seeking an Admin.
Assistant for its Boulder office.
This position will provide a wide variety of assistance to legal secretaries, attorneys, paralegals and administrative departments, including filing, kitchen and conference room setup and cleanup, back up receptionist, processing invoices, secretarial back-up, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment (i.
e.
copy machine, telephones, etc.
) High school business education or one year job related experience.
Secretarial experience a plus Accurate typing of 65 wpm.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Word Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills; strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize work effectively to handle a wide variety of matters Good communication/interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people Ability to take responsibility for work assignments without close supervision, ability to multi-task and to work under pressure at times We offer excellent starting salaries, outstanding benefits, and a professional work environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
