This position demands a unique blend of leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
You will be responsible for coordinating cross-product team efforts and managing projects from inception to completion while leading the regional Denver team.
Your ability to navigate both project and product management disciplines will be vital in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of work across the company.
You will help serve as a bridge between project and product management, utilizing methodologies from both disciplines to drive efficiency and effectiveness while contributing to the development and refinement of project and product management best practices within the organization.
You must be comfortable operating within Product Management and the JHI agile framework facilitating program level planning, alignment, organization and execution of prioritized work.
This will require event facilitation, release planning, scrum of scrum ceremonies and working with scrum masters to manage the day-to-day impediments to successful releases.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to strike a balance between execution on the current release and planning for future releases.
In the role, you will be responsible for aligning to transversal scrum deliverables, ensuring changes can be delivered and working closely with the development teams to ensure that blockers are cleared.
You must possess the ability to analyse requirements and succinctly define stories to enable successful development.
You will not only need excellent problem-solving skills, but you should also be able to see the strategic impacts of any cross-team dependencies and escalate where necessary.
The role will require strong communication and leadership skills as regular reporting with senior stakeholders is expected globally with core impacted teams being in the UK, US, Singapore and Australia.
Duties and responsibilitiesEvent and Ceremony FacilitationFacilitate program level planning including estimation and creation of sprint (iteration) schedule; facilitate planning readiness through the preparation of planning materials (Vision, Roadmap, Backlogs,) and event schedulingFacilitate cross team capacity planning and management.
Facilitate key ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, program level retrospectives, release reviews, Steer Cos, working groups and other program level meetings with both technology and business stakeholdersEstablish and communicate quarterly and annual calendars for release iterations and program level planning eventsCoordinate activities and enable collaboration across all impacted teams/areasBroadly communicate release commitments post planning sessionsReporting, Metrics and Overall TransparencyCombine metrics from Teams to a Program level reporting viewTrack and report on progress of epic, feature, costs and benefits; understand and operate within the program budgetIdentify internal and external dependencies that impact work; manage program level risks and dependencies across teams; provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks; escalate and remove impedimentsReport planning results and epic status to senior management, business owners, epic owners, product owners and other stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and report high-level program/project and project management maturity, best practices and tools.
Cross-departmental AlignmentIdentify and engage key stakeholders across departments and functions to ensure strategy and execution alignment and collaboration.
Establish effective communication channels and mechanisms to facilitate information sharing, collaboration, and alignment across departments.
Facilitate alignment sessions and workshops to clarify roles, responsibilities, expectations, and interdependencies among departments.
Address and resolve conflicts or discrepancies between departments, promoting a spirit of cooperation, mutual understanding, and shared goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, evaluating alignment efforts, and making adjustments as needed to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and alignment.
Support cross application/department/function release planning, coordination and alignmentCoaching & LeadershipKeep teams aligned on vision, direction and scope as set by the Program teamEnsure Agile and Project Management governance standards, best practices and required reviews are met.

Technical skills and qualificationsProven RTE and/or SCRUM Master related experience using SAFe Agile delivery frameworksStrong Business Program or portfolio management experienceExperience managing virtual and globally distributed teamsExperience working in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated hands on leadership of large-scale process development/improvement initiativesProven experience with and understanding of concepts of Organizational Change Management Power User of JiraExperience with Product Management & Project management tools beneficialExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Process Improvement Capacity Planning Change Management Communication Finance Apply to this job.
