Job DescriptionCDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture to join our Business Technology team.
This individual collaborates with executive and senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and business road maps for development of enterprise business systems.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Determines broad business requirements to identify systems needs and broad solutions.
Ensures that architecture objectives for applications and systems are consistent with long term business objectives.
Works with technology staff to create systems development plans, budgets, and timetables.
Prepares executive presentations including progress against the road map and an assessment of the firm s technology capabilities.
Manages the day-to-day activity of staff.
Provides feedback on performance appraisals.
Manages the development and training of staff.
Approves paid time off requests (PTO) and ensures human resources policies are followed.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.
12 years of related experience with at least 5 of those years in a management or leadership capacity.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Amount of Travel Required5% Skills and Abilities Advanced knowledge of leading vendor-based Enterprise Software solution cloud-based technologies (Ex:
Oracle, HCM Fusion, Salesforce, HR tools, employee intranet and other internal content management systems, financial applications, sales and customer relationships).
Advanced knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Single Sign-on (SSO) platforms.
Advanced systems integration knowledge.
Advanced data warehouse & business intelligence knowledge.
Expert execution skills with ability to deliver on strategic concepts using modern methodologies and effective project management.
Advanced ability to manage and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Expert ability to work in an Agile programming environment.
Expert ability to collaborate with line business management.
Advanced ability to understand the function and capabilities of new technology trends.
Able to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and evolving environment.
Expert interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills at all levels including senior business executives.
Advanced organizational and decision-making skills.
Expert ability in building teams and organizational development (Ex:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
