Job
Responsibilities:

The Business office Manager (BOM) will assist with the collection of outstanding private pay receivable balances. Assist with addressing resident billing questions, prepares/delivers bank deposits, maintains account payables ledger, compiles and prepares data/reports as required by corporate staff. Directly supervises the receptionist team.

Pay rate is $25-30, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices, computer programs used for billing, and business office procedures.
  • Regular attendance is an essential part of this job.
