Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs we near the launch and roll-out of our 5G network, and continue to navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities.
This leader will be a key leader in building and enhancing this capability.
Reporting to the VP of Product, this leader will build and lead a team of product managers and analysts to build shared analytics and insights capabilities across our businesses and enterprise.
You will lead the digital transformation and digital acceleration of how we use data across the enterprise to inform strategy and make better (more informed) decisions with real time insights.
The leader will play a pivotal role in building digital-led data and analytics capabilities, helping to build the Digital DNA of the company.
Key partners/relationships:
Business leaders (Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, etc.
), Product Management, Experience Design, IT, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Operations leaders.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the digital analytics domain, opportunities within the enterprise to enhance and leapfrog our capabilities, and how competitors and best-in-class firms address these opportunities, to inform product strategyManage a small team of analysts to perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting across all digital products (both internal and customer facing) working with product managers, marketing, customer insights, and other teams across the enterpriseBuild and maintain a product roadmap for the digital data hub product that s user base is mainly internal needing data driven insights and answers to questions they have; automating many of the recurring manually created reports by analysts across the enterpriseClosely partner with business unit leaders to deeply understand digital analytics gaps and establish synergies across, encouraging a build once and extend across mindset where multiple use cases, products, and businesses leverage the same underlying digital capabilities/experiencesCommunicate the digital analytics product team's vision and roadmap throughout the organization using presentations and roadmaps, building alignment and supportLead build/buy analysis for selected products with limited supervision and in collaboration with IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and goalsBuild and foster relationships with vendors and SAAS providers, evaluating their products and services as potential solutions to business needsCoordinate with key stakeholders for all minor product and feature releases, ensuring that all parties are aligned and the product is delivered on time and within scopeDevelop and execute programs to measure the effectiveness of the product within their domain and continuously improve itDefine and run testing programs within the domain, in partnership with the Experience Design and Product Management teams, ensuring that the product meets user needs and expectationsContinuously evangelize the product domain throughout the organization, building excitement and support for the product and its visionSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related fieldMaster's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred
Experience:

years of experience in product management, including experience managing a teamExperience with B2C platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industryExperience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle managementExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teamsExperience with Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologiesSkills and

$115,500.
00/Year - $165,000.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
