The Recruiting Communications team has an opening for a Senior Manager, Recruiting Communications.
We're looking for a strong writer who can develop, manage, and complete a global communications strategy for the Recruiting team.
The role touches both internal and external audiences including employees, senior leaders, and candidates, helping Recruiting hire top talent for Salesforce.
This individual should have exceptional interpersonal skills, writing skills, and experience bringing people together to deliver a strategy.
This role reports to the Director, Employee Success Strategic Initiatives.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Executive Communications:
Support the Recruiting leadership team with thought leadership, recruiting narratives, and management of team-wide events such as All Calls, etc.
Communications partner to recruiting leaders:
Provide strategic guidance for the Recruiting Leadership Team, supporting with the execution of their respective internal communication activities.
Content creation:
Curate and develop recruiting content to support various Recruiting teams.
Content assets include but are not limited to in-person talk tracks, FAQs, emails, Slack messages, internal blog posts, and hiring sites.
Influence partners and team members as needed to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with not only our vision and values, but also our voice and tone.
Operations and reporting:
Work effectively with the broader Employee Success team through shared processes to track campaign results and work with our team and business partners to apply key takeaways to future plans.
Communications Strategy:
Ensure consistent implementation of our brand and style guidelines.
Ensure messaging is aligned, consistent, and strategic across all communications.
Project Management:
Proven ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects for various clients, and work with project management to meet timelines.
Partnerships:
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with members of the Global Recruiting team in order to align on communications messaging.
Process Building:
Stand up global, repeatable processes and tools to support communications for key recruiting programs.
Experience RequiredExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.
g.
extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.
).
Experience with corporate marketing and branding, and a clear understanding of marketing strategies and concepts.

years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field; Experience in a high tech or other fast-paced, innovative global environment a plus.
Experience building global communication plans to support business priorities.
Established portfolio that displays client relationships and compelling and effective writing.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers.
Experience in managing a team and attaining results through teamwork.
Proven track record developing and implementing creative, thoughtful internal communications plans.
Exposure to managing key relationships and working across an organization to bring people together to achieve goals.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of subject areas and create clear communications.
Ability to lead, manage, and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced and nimble environment across the globe.
A strategic approach with the ability to work cross-functionally, exerting influence without direct authority.
Ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize on the fly.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive and results focused.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $187,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
