About the TeamDoorDash Drive is our company's hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad.
DoorDash Drive allows restaurants, grocers, and retailers to enable ecommerce fulfillment for their first-party experiences.
As part of the Drive team, the Manager will have the opportunity to help define, test and scale Drive's next biggest bets.
About the RoleAs a Manager for DoorDash Drive's team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our delivery service.
You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, incubating them, proving market-fit and running the go-to-market.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve Drive's strategic goals.

Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.

$128,900 $193,300 USDCalifornia Pay Range:
$136,000 $214,800 USDNew York Pay Range:
$143,200 $214,800 USD.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
