If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!This position is responsible for oversight of the company's liquid assets (cash and investments), compiling and analyzing financial and market information, and will make recommendations to Senior Management to maximize the return on those assets.
This roleMonitors and analyzes corporate-wide cash levels and return on investments, ensuring maximum return considering the Company risk tolerance and compliance with Investment policy.
Oversees the modeling and development of weekly, monthly and yearly cash forecasts.
Takes lead role in management of banking relationship(s), ensuring the completion of covenant compliance certificates as defined in credit agreements and manages disbursement of interest payments in accordance with debt schedule(s).
Oversees daily cash activities performed at headquarters, which include running bank reports, approving wires and ACHs, approving cash journal entries.
Occasional business travel may be required.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Builds an effective leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
Manages and mentors employees and/or managers on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
Manages and coaches employees and/or managers on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations,selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
Recognizes others' contributions and share credit for success.
Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
Prepare and manages budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.
We are interested in speaking to individuals with the followingBachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
Ten (10) plus years experience in cash management/treasury operations experience in a professional business environment required.
Five (5) plus years leadership responsibility.
Experience analyzing investment risk exposure and managing risk mitigation strategies.
CTP certification preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Advanced experience dealing with corporate banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and services.
Advanced experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS); Kyriba knowledge is a plus.
Ability to multitask and stay on top of email and communication in fast paced environment is essential.
Proficiency to apply accounting, finance and treasury principles to overall cash forecasting and projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism which can translate to strategic thinking and presentationsAbility to quickly understand complex transactions.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and stress and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
Effective planning and priority setting.
Strong attention to details and well-organized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Financial and accounting reporting systems; Workday is a plus.
Strong knowledge of US banking system.
Working knowledge of PC-based bank management systems and applications.
Prior experience with a Financial software package, preferably an integrated ERP system.
Experience with implementing and/or designing best-practice policies and procedures related to the cash management function.
Salary:
$159,900 - 215,900This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
