Program ManagerShould have experience in managing transformation & modernization programs pertaining to Cable Network Systems evolutionShould have experience in delivering OSS systems including provisioning & assurance, Field Operations, CPE devices OR Voice/Video solutions OR vCMTS etc.
Good to have experience in delivering BPMN 2.
0 based workflow engine , Business process flow automation based solutionsGood to have expereience in delivering large scale programs (with team size of 40
engineers across multi-geo)Fluent in customer /stakeholder communication, Vendor CommunicationShould have good experience in team managementShould have experience in managing the P&L of the programWell versed in managing - Cost/Time/Scope/QualitySalary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $142 to 160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant s applicable plans.
