As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Health Center at Franklin Park, you'll work alongside our compassionate team by completing assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being.
