This experienced Business and Enterprise Architect role is responsible for managing a team specialized in the implementation of Microsoft D365 Power Platform.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business and Enterprise Manager who possesses extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically Power Platform.
As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for offering strategic guidance and technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of business and enterprise architecture solutions.
Your client-facing role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and harnessing the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation, optimize processes, and facilitate digital transformation with our clients.
Moreover, this role will also encompass conducting industry-specific research to identify trends and opportunities for technological innovation, utilizing a value network analysis and information mapping approach.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in end-to-end system design, encompassing value analysis and solution designs.
Additionally, this position will require leveraging knowledge of Microsoft.
NET, C#, and other Microsoft Stack languages and tools to design, develop, and integrate our clients' new and existing systems.
The candidate will also be responsible for providing application support and training, while adhering to RSM's software development lifecycle (SDLC) policy.
Effective communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain highly technical topics to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of our practice by identifying and responding to market opportunities and client needs.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team in developing business and enterprise architecture strategy, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and define business processes, information flows, and system integrations.
Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint, ensuring it aligns with industry standards, security protocols, and scalability requirements.
Design and oversee the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications, ensuring compatibility and interoperability with Power Platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and risk assessments to assess the viability and potential challenges of proposed solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies, and assess their applicability to our organization's architecture.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems through the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in business and enterprise architecture roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform.
Strong expertise in designing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and the ability to apply architectural principles and best practices to real-world scenarios.
Proficient in evaluating business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and developing architectural designs that address complex business needs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring junior architects and development teams.
Solid knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance as they pertain to enterprise architecture and Microsoft Power Platform.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel and collaborate with client and other stakeholders when required.
