Job DetailsThis Project Manager will be working solely for the IT departmentThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, setting goals, defining project scope, and managing project deadlines and schedulesYou will work closely with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project completion within the budget and timelineYou will also be responsible for documenting project plans, status reports, and risk management strategiesThis role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of project management principles.
Responsibilities:
1Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
2Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
4Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and preparing risk management strategies.
5Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
6Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
7Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
8Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
9Conducting project post mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
10Resolving project issues and risks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications:
1A minimum of 3
years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
2Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
3Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
