We have a strong hospitality leaning.
We work in the way a three star restaurant does, where the care of the garden is total, and the desire of the clients come first.
This position includes lots of weeding, pruning, and planting.
Having an eye for detail and strong organizational sense is key.
We want all our employees to be proud of the work they create and the beauty we bring.
We are looking for people who love to work hard, want a physical job rather than sitting behind a computer, love working with their hands and appreciate great design.
We are currently hiring seasonal part time (a few full days per week) AND full time.
We will be starting as the weather permits, typically running from April - November.
Gardener applicant requirements:
Basic horticultural knowledge with a willingness to work hard and learn.
Working in a team atmosphere and independently at times.
Very detail oriented; polite and respectful.
Knowledge of irrigation systems a plus.
Must have own transportation and clean driving record.

Job Duties Include:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns - Plant, cultivate, and maintain annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs - Prune and shape shrubs and hedges - Weed and mulch garden beds - Install and repair irrigation systems - Operate hand tools for gardening tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas - An eye for design and implementation of landscape projects No Experience Required, bonus if the following apply:
- Previous experience in gardening and horticultural (1 year minimum preferred) - Knowledge of plant care and planting - Familiarity with hand tools used for gardening - Ability to work as part of team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Knowledge of irrigation is a plus - We will train the right person who is a hard worker, has a great eye, and is highly organized Must have Colorado driver's license and clean driving record and reliable transportation Job Types:
