Senior Packaging Engineer
This role requires a candidate who not only executes validation processes but also brings a deep understanding of the engineering and thought processes involved in Med-Device packaging validation.
The ideal candidate should be adept at conducting gap analyses, have experience with remediation projects, and possess strong documentation skills, especially in relation to external lab testing.
The emphasis is on a holistic understanding of the validation process, combining technical proficiency with strategic thinking.
Principle Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Design and validation testing of intercompany shipment containers for all products including the clients heart pump and all associated accessories o Define and execute real-time and accelerated aging testing to ensure sterile barrier durability o Assess human factors and design
validate commercial device packaging to maximize customer satisfaction o Coordinate with suppliers to develop packaging and shipping methods which ensure raw component quality and durability o Coordinate with sterilization facility to ensure routine revalidation and device testing is aligned with industry and regulatory requirements Recommended Skills Customer Satisfaction Ergonomics Packaging And Processing Duties Regulatory Requirements Strategic Thinking Sterilization Apply to this job.
