Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 3
years of related desktop experience (deskside and walk-up support) Ticketing Systems (Service Now / Remedy / ConnectWise) Windows / Mac experience Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices Office 365 experience - troubleshooting MS Authenticator - configuring and troubleshooting SSO (Single Sign On) - troubleshooting Proficiency in GPO (Group Policy Objects) $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
