Salary:

Family-oriented company Offers a great opportunity for proven construction professionals to grow their careers Staff is built on a collaborative, team approach with a passion to be the best builders Great benefits, 401k, and PTO Job Details Proven commercial and/or industrial experience preferred 10-15 years overall with at least 7 years as a Lead Project Superintendent Someone with ground up, Self-Storage, Commercial construction, Pre-Engineered Metal Building, or Industrial Flex type project experience would gain preference Must have core strengths and competencies in safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction Must be versed in managing at least a $25-75 million dollar projects with proven experience in delivering their projects on time, under budget, and without any safety incidents The superintendent must have experience in leading the overall project They must have experience in schedule development and managing project risks Must be a strong steward of the company's finances and focused on improving the profit margins on every project Must has proven experience in leading a team and working successfully with the Project Manager and staff.
