OSP Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing a variety of coordination and support tasks associated with fiber network construction projects nationwide.
This position will support multiple project directors/managers and will report to the SVP of Operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities include:
? Permit application processing, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning & routing documents, payment requests, etc.
? Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning, and upload to the company database? Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)? Coordinating site access with customers? Reviewing contractor deliverables, such as drawings, maps, photos, and test results? Vendor invoice processing and updating capital budget records? Preparing project close-out packages for customersQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS? 2
years' work experience in a project management or coordinator role? Strong technical educational and work background? Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies preferred? BS degree in engineering, GIS, mathematics or business management preferredREQUIRED SKILLS? Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers, and local governmental entities? Strong organizational skills? Detail-oriented? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Excel, Google Maps, Google EarthWHAT WE OFFER:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
