Summary:
The Administrative Assistant position reports to and works directly with the vice president of rural health to provide departmental administrative and project support and meet mutual objectives that are consistent with the mission, vision and strategy of the Colorado Hospital Association.
This position also provides ad hoc administrative and project support to the executive leadership team (ELT) and will be the primary contact for Wells Fargo Office needs.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meeting, calendar and travel management including:
Schedule and facilitate meetings using Microsoft Outlook and video conferencing platforms Plan and prepare onsite/offsite meetings which may include catering and/or meeting set-up, room reservations, etc.
Participate in various committee meetings by preparing agendas, memoranda, sign-in sheets, attendance tracking, and meeting minutes when necessary Make and oversee travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries Track and submit monthly expenses for VP; submit check requests and invoices for payment Provide general administrative support for the VP, Rural Health and as-needed support to the executive leadership team and CHA at large Support the collective efforts of the CHA administrative pool Assist the education department with administrative tasks related to conferences and events; provide backup MemberSuite administrative support Work with communications department on newsletter system Oversee the day-to-day needs of the Wells Fargo Office (WFO) such as ordering supplies, maintaining the copy machine and supply room, submitting building work orders, etc.
Coordinate the technology and office building needs for onboarding/offboarding employees (set up phone extension, prepare key card, ensure computer is provisioned and set up to specs.

Responsibilities:
None Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred Minimum 3 years high volume administrative experience in a professional office setting required; non-profit or health care experience a plus Intermediate proficiency of all Microsoft Office Suite products, i.

Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Prior experience with virtual meeting management including proficiency with advanced Zoom, Teams functions Exceptional attention to detail and follow through CHA Core Skills and Competencies:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
