Position Overview:
Joybees is seeking a Supply Planner to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, manufacturing, inventory and systems management.
The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly, from production through delivery.
Highly qualified candidates are detail oriented, able to manage time and priorities effectively, team players, and are driven to succeed.

You will:
Analyze demand forecast to develop detailed supply plan to be used for inventory health, from production through shipment.
Monitor stock levels and work with factories to adjust production plans as necessary to ensure prioritized inbound inventory.
Ensure smooth process of importation of goods by providing timely documentation to nominated freight forwarder and 3PL warehouse.
Update records in NetSuite ERP and excel based program trackers to ensure purchase order and related records are always up to date.
Provide project management support for key customer programs including review of vendor guides and value-added-services to confirm compliance and eliminate chargebacks.
Survey Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems for accurate communication between Joybees and our partner connections.
Help resolve issues as they occur.
Develop and maintain reports regarding production, logistics, inventory productivity, and other KPI reports to aid business goals as necessary.
You Have:

years of supply planning and/or inventory management experience in consumer product goods Proven ability to multi-task projects, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills Ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility Ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Proven ability to self-start projects and positively collaborate across functions Intermediate to advanced skillset in Microsoft Office Experience in the footwear and/or retail industry is a plus Job Type:
