Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support and guidance to children and adolescents in a classroom setting - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians - Collaborate with other educators and professionals to address individual student needs - Utilize crisis intervention and management techniques when necessary - Implement behavioral management strategies to promote positive student behavior - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting - Knowledge of child protective services and child welfare systems - Familiarity with crisis intervention and conflict management techniques - Understanding of behavioral health principles and strategies - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students Note:
