Position:
Residential Administrative Assistant:
40 hours a week Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm More Maitri, Inc.
will provide the Colorado state required training for the position listed including:
QMAP, CPR/First Aid, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) Residential Administrative Assistance Job Purpose:
The Residential Administrative Assistant's job is to assist the Executive Director and Residential Director in the day-to-day administrative needs of the residential department.
Residential Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
Schedule all medical, dental and psychiatric appointments for all residential consumers of More Maitri, Inc.
Ensure all documentation including pre and post appointment paperwork is uploaded into Therap; including all other paperwork and documentation pertaining to the appointment.
Will handle all consumer appointment correspondence to completion.
Follow up on all consumer appointments to ensure all consumer needs have been met.
Maintain Therap documentation.
Attend all meetings as needed, supervisory and staff meetings; dictate meeting minutes Support Residential Director with various tasks and reports as needed Quality Assurance- routinely review all residential documentation and ensure documentation is complete and filed while maintaining an organized filing system.
Follows Company and IDD policies, procedures and work conduct rules.
Demonstrate the ability to cooperate, work and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, subordinates and/or outside contacts.
Employee accepts and responds to change in a positive manner.
Accepts job assignments and additional duties willingly, takes responsibility for own performance and job assignments.
Works efficiently and independently with little or no direction or follow-up to complete tasks of job assignment.
Order supplies and make supply runs for the office and residential locations as needed.
Residential Administrative Assistant will work with the Residential Director to create the weekly schedule including time budgeting for all appointments.
Anything else as identified by Residential Director and Executive Director.
This position will change as the department is developed and the Residential Administrative Assistant will need to be able to adapt to the change and complete tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
A working understanding of the field of Developmental Disability/ intellectual Disability and Colorado Rules and Regulations as outlined by the Division of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Writing Skills such as:
Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Supervisory Experience, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, and Verbal Communication.

years of experience working with intellectually disabled adults Compassion plus the ability to set limits and follow through Clear criminal records check Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, listen carefully, interpret accurately and respond to a high volume of requests Knowledge and sensitivity to cultural differences Excellent written and oral communication skills Initiative and flexibility Strong project/time management and organizational skills Detail oriented Supportive, kind, caring and willing to ensure environment is respectful and honest Valid Driver's License Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
