We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO).
This is a hybrid reporting role; 3 days in office (Denver, CO), 2 days remote.
This is NOT a 100% remote job.

Position Objective/General Purpose Essential Job Functions Serve as a project lead, guide teams through successful projects including technology implementations and process improvement initiatives, and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery and implementation, including but not limited to:
Communication management Time, scope, resource, risk, budget, and organizational change management Help define projects, goals, deliverables, requirements, tasks, and resource.
Execute projects following industry-recognized methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma etc) Enhance job satisfaction by collaborating with stakeholders across AWWA on new projects and process improvement opportunities.
Develop mechanisms to evaluate project performance and present regular status reports to management.
Lead quality assurance when needed and evaluate and assess project success.
Keep up to date on developments in project management and process optimization.
Job Qualifications Education, Certification or Formal Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations strongly preferred Training in Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) preferred PMP and/or IIBA Certification preferred Work Experience :
Minimum of three (3) years experience in project management and/or process optimization, operations, or business management required but not limited to:
Demonstrated experience in managing concurrent projects Demonstrated ability to complete project documentation Demonstrated experience in managing teams and staff resources Demonstrated experience in communication and giving presentations Demonstrated experience in strategic and analytical thinking.
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Project Management:
Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies in processes preferred Demonstrated technical understanding of database-driven applications such as ERP, CRM and e-commerce preferred Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff preferred Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required Experience with change management preferred COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay is targeted between $84,000 and $86,000 annually depending on experience and is paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
