Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment Will greet every patient with a warm introduction, a smile, and a positive attitude Will maintain positive patient and professional relations Has excellent phone, e-mail and text communication skills Can schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and productivity Can comfortably accept and record patient payments Can collect accurate insurance information from patients and insurance companies Is team oriented and a strong team-player Has a growth mindset Is organized and a self-starter Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Outgoing, personable, and full of energy
