Job Description We are hiring a Corporate Entry Level Admin to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO.
Outbound customer support for AIR communities Taking calls from potential AIR Communities customers or future residents Various administrative inquiries and responsibilities to support on-site teams, prospects, residents as needed Provide community and lease information as requested.
Work with communities and future residents to schedule on-site appointments with leasing consultants.
Initiates and follows-up on prospect inquiries.
Qualifications 1-3 years of related experience (call center environment preferred) Excellent customer service skills.
Superior attention to detail Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Dependability and proven ability to work independently The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced written and oral communication skills Intermediate to Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively within Entrata and other software as needed.
Must be able to work one weekend day.
Schedule may be flexible in the future.
