As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners.

Reporting Relationship Reports to branch Team Leader Requirements High School Graduate or equivalent Valid driver's license and good driving record for the past 3 years Skills & Abilities Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations Able to work unsupervised Excellent communication skills Lift up to 75 lbs.
