ROLE SUMMARY The Tier 1 IT Support position at CorePower Yoga oversees IT support for the studio audio systems / components and front desk computers, offers hands on interactive support for operations.
The ideal candidate is fantastic at building relationships with the CorePower Yoga community and is passionate about customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Good communication skills Responsible for the day-to-day operations for IT support for all studio audio systems, networking, internet connectivity, printers, and all front desk electronics.
Become the resident expert regarding studio technology and configurations.
Provide support and continuous training to improve IT technology in our yoga studios.
Partner with the Help Desk /Sys Admin to ensure PC's and laptops deployed in the field are being patched and updates are being applied to maintain the high level of security and functionality.
Participate in and/or manage field projects that may require IT infrastructure and support.
Existing Studio Responsibilities Be the face and name for the studio teams from a technology perspective.
Serve as the primary escalation point when a studio is experiencing recurring issues.
Coordinate resolution of extenuating issues such as recurring noise complaints or exceptionally slow/problematic internet connections with the IT helpdesk team and third-party vendors.
Research new audio solutions for studios and new locations.
Respond to Help Desk inquiries and requests for assistance.
Produce FAQ and troubleshooting documentation which can be understood by non-technical employees.
Desktop support will include remote management, imaging, installations, configurations, driver installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs.
Proactively triage, monitor, troubleshoot, resolve, and report alerts to customers and internal staff.
Keep customers updated on the status of tickets.
Perform software and application installation/upgrades.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year in a technical support or customer service position.
Basic knowledge and understanding of computer networking.
A 'Can Do' Attitude and Aptitude to learn what's out there and how to make it better! Basic knowledge of MAC OSX/IOS (not required but helpful) Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority required.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize in addition to multi-tasking while working under multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
