219.267.0983 email protected Responsibilities o Provides skilled occupational therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients. o Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending follow-up programs. o Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries. o Maintains patient records confidentially. o Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner. o Complies with the applicable State Occupational Therapy Practice Act, rules and regulations Qualifications o Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program o Current State Occupational Therapist license o Current NBCOT certificate o Current CPR certification o Efficient problem-solving skills o Exceptional communication skills and time management skills o Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities o Collaborative nature o Allegiance to the mission, values, and vision of the organization INDPEDABA Recruiter :
