BCBA Salary:
$75,000- $85,000 (depending on experience), with performance reviews at 90 days, and annually.
Generous Paid Time Off:
27 Paid Days Off in first year (Increases with tenure.
Our current BCBA's average 32 paid days off per year):
10 holidays, 15 paid days, and 2 CEU days.

Job Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job in Denver:
Plan and oversee ABA therapy for a small caseload (8 or less) of young children ages 1-5 years old in a center-based setting.
Apply BehaviorSpan's trauma-informed care model, including not using restraints or punishment.
Work closely with other BCBA's and Clinical Director to actively collaborate on cases as a group and ensure optimal outcomes for clients (we graduate clients in roughly half the average industry rate).
Collaborate with speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services to plan and implement effective programs Coach, develop, and mentor your team of RBTs as they grow and help clients.
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals:
On average, our clients have 30-40 targets open at any given time:
our model is to help them master targets quickly.
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans, including ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.
Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.
Stay current and ahead:
BehaviorSpan makes sure that we are always pulling from the most recent and effective our field has available.
Whether it's the latest version of assessments or attending any workshops that come through town (you'll find getting CEU's isn't a problem!).
We also conduct our own research, and have exciting advancements coming soon in data analysis and collection.
Participate in research and publication projects (if desired).
Help continue to develop BehaviorSpan's clinical model and shape best practices in our field.
