Overview Na Ali'i is looking for a Senior Manager - Environmental Programs to serve as the practice lead or have a deep understanding of most or all of Nakupuna Companies environmental service areas including Investigation and Remediation, UXO/MMRP, Environmental Compliance and Environmental ConstructionResponsibilities The duties are representative of followingthe essential functions for this job but are not comprehensiveAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to this job at any time.
o Assists with the administration and management of the Colorado Officeo Work with managers of projects under your purview to develop high performing teams that deliver exceptional products, and reward results with extraordinary impact.
o Promote a culture that advances and retains the highest performersEnsure projects are appropriately staffed and applicable resources are obtained to execute contract tasks efficientlyo Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for all contractsContinuously evaluate service delivery by communicating with clients, Project Managers, and employees to solve issues and find areas for process improvemento Support development and execution of corporate goals and objectivesPromote adherence to corporate valuesEnsure compliance with corporate policies and business processesAdvocate our corporate cultureo Deliver practical and innovative solutions that support customers' missionsEnsure achievement of project schedules, budgets, and scope requirements for assigned projectsEnsure work conforms with the Nakupuna Companies quality standards and client expectationsEnsure invoices are prepared, accurate, timely, and consistent with established milestone deliverables or other payment timelineso Ensure effective management of end-to-end financial performance of all contracts ensuring achievement of revenue/profit objectivesWork closely with BFA, Senior and Project Managers to manage costs and make prudent financial decisionso Ensure delivery of meaningful, accurate, and professional project reporting and metrics for both our clients and company leadershipKeep executives abreast of major service delivery events (challenges and successes); ensure executive direction flows to all service delivery efforts via Project Managerso Achieve business growth targetsSupport management of business development pipeline, forecasts, and profitability for projects under your purviewEngage in Market Research Team efforts ensuring opportunities are surfaced and discussedEngage in development of RFI and proposal responses, to include technical and pricing inputs.
o Develop marketing products and meet with clients and partners and cultivate strategic partnerships to enable attainment of growth objectives.
o Work with Shared Services Directors to address support issues of impact to projects under your purview and improve processes to ensure successful service delivery.
o Ensure sustained alignment with and support of the corporate mission, vision, valuesProvide support, management, input, and leadership in executing corporate strategic goals as appropriateSupport corporate initiatives, as appropriateo Ensure all projects meet contractual obligations and the workforce always acts in an ethical and legal mannero Support cross-company opportunities to enable innovative service deliveryEnsure best practices are leveraged across the Nakupuna Companieso Manage and oversee personnel management processes (e.

Qualifications:

Experience:
o 8-10 years of experience delivering on environmental services contracts for government and DoD agencies.
o 8-10 years of experience managing complex environmental services programs and projects for government and DoD agencies.
o 8-10 years of experience managing a diverse group of staff, including Project Managers, Environmental Scientists, Geologists, and other environmental specialties.
o Bachelors degree in Business or Environmental related field requiredMasters preferred.
o PMP Certification preferredPhysical Requirements:

o Ability to lift up to 25 poundso Ability to use stairs without assistanceo Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingerso Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situationso Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computero Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position locationThe projected compensation range for this position is $120,00.
00 to $150,000.
