You will be responsible for managing a small number of existing accounts, fostering strong and enduring relationships with key contacts.
Your role will empower you to communicate with our carriers and clients in order to ensure prompt and efficient movement of our client shipments.
Shift:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.

00AM MDT.
Compensation:
Hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
We have an exciting work arrangement that combines the best of both worlds--a hybrid model where you get to enjoy the office environment for training and can work comfortably from home most days thereafter.
Based on performance, there is an opportunity to transition this role to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all clerical tasks related to logistics operations, including data entry, taking incoming calls, making outbound carrier check calls, recordkeeping, copying / scanning, e-mail / mail Monitor and track client shipments and update their status on FSL's systems Provide professional client service to clients and provide timely updates about their shipments Respond to shipping inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels Prepare bills and assist accounts receivable Ensure successful completion of day-to-day commitments and deliver exceptional service Identify issues and provide consultative support to clients, implementing optimal solutions Manage client expectations by utilizing metrics and establishing clear communication channels Required
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Client service and client relation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Great at data entry with high accuracy Intermediate level or higher proficiency in MS Excel and Word Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication) Preferred
