The person will run the day-to-day patient care coordination, pre-visit and patient liaison onsite, while ensuring a top-quality customer service environment.
Great customer service is the cornerstone of this practice.

No nights or weekends, our office is open Monday - Thursday, 7:
00am - 5:
00pm.

Responsibilities:
Management of high-profile patients on anti-aging Concierge program.
Communicate and coordinate patient needs while they are on and off site.
Frequent communication with patients on the program and coordinating regular appointments between them and the provider.
Strong skills and competence in the managing Multiple tasks and willing to learn fast with a strong understanding of GWC.
Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain a high-level privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
Great communication skills and Microsoft.
General knowledge of basic financial records and documentation.
Flexibility and high level of multitasking.
Work with administrative and clinical team to ensure smooth operational functions of our medical office.
Qualifications and Skills University degree or college diploma - health and/or hospitality preferred.
Experience in hospitality and service to high profile clients Experience in related medical field or management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, time-management, customer service, problem solving skills, verbal, written communication, and Interpersonal skills.
EHR, POS, Outlook, Microsoft Office experience Desire to learn about longevity practices.
