- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and software applications - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software - Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the network and systems - Document and track all support requests using ticketing system (e.

, ServiceNow) - Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations - Perform software installations, updates, and patches - Conduct hardware and software inventory management Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, and network protocols - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system - Familiarity with Linux operating systems - Proficiency in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Understanding of firewall concepts and security protocols - Experience with Jira or other project management tools Note:
