This is a multi-faceted position that works with customers and vendors in a variety of settings and combines creativity and logic on a daily basis.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operations Assist Marketing & Events Manager with various campaign and calendar developments Overseeing all aspects of social media accounts, including but not limited to:
Content creation Scheduling postings via automation platform Analytic reviews and recommendations Develop strategies to increase followship and engagement Updating data in the CRM for marketing purposes Marketing assistance, including but not limited to:
Research for promotional material Apparel orders Updating of product literature and internal resources Organization of all marketing material, including apparel, video and camera equipment, and any additional marketing materials Assist in the organizing and execution of promotional events including demo days, open houses, trainings, etc.
Required
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of marketing and social media principles and practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment Excellent project management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software Proficient computer skills, knowledge of CRM system and or ERP systems highly preferred Works well and quickly both as an individual and with others Comfortable with routinely shifting demands Comfortable with interacting with new people on a daily basis while maintaining a positive attitude Preferred
Qualifications:
2-3 years marketing experience, proven success with social media highly preferred Reports to:
