Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served.
Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing, and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews, and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program.
Therapy may include individual, family, couples, or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and AdventHealth policies and standards of care.

Demonstrates critical thinking in delivery of assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of quality care to meet patient needs.
Facilitates individual, group and family therapy as well as psycho-educational groups to promote patient emotional, spiritual, and psychological health.
Works with interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement care of patients using insight, limit setting, support, goal setting and other techniques as appropriate.
Participates in on-call rotation, conducting crisis assessments and developing safety plans with clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Provides clients with appropriate resources and referrals when clinically indicated.
Responds to potentially dangerous situations and ensures safety of patients in least restrictive manner.
Recognizes opportunities for performance improvements and initiates efforts for system improvements.
Adheres to professional code of ethics and to all accreditation and licensure requirements.
Demonstrates effective time management and is proactive in prioritizing workload and meeting productivity requirements.
Adapts to rapidly changing technologies, policies, regulations, census and staffing through priority setting and flexibility.
Consistently complies with all requirements of Federal and State laws, accreditation standards and ethics guiding the behavioral health profession and AdventHealth policies and standards of care.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Required:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
Current State License in one of the following disciplines:
Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
