Proposal creation Entering client information Providing property information Transfer performing property take offs Property Care Service renewal approvals New Property Care Service process - internal notification/winning Send meeting confirmations - day prior 30-60-90 day new client follow up management Sales pipeline management Sends sales follow up emails and calls Data mining for lost Property Care Service clients and leads Solicit referrals at 30-60-90 day meeting scheduling Writes Thank You cards Builds Sales presentations Create initial job pack for Sales to Operations hand off Financial analysis of new clients at 30/60/90 day intervals Sales and Marketing assistance as needed (assisting in campaigns) Other tasks as needed; Property, Vendor/nursery visits Subcontractor relations.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Strong customer service skills Basic horticulture skills (a plus- not required) High attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills Excellent Power Point skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening High sense of urgency and follow-through Embraces and thrives in an environment of change Thrives in a fast-paced environment Successful at managing multiple, competing priorities, tasks and/or projects Education /
Experience:
College degree preferred 2 years of administrative experience Compensation and
