Commercial Assistant Manager

A Full-Service National Commercial Real Estate Firm is seeking an Assistant Commerical Property Manager for their DTC office.
The ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER will have the following experience/skills:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of minimum of 2-5 years as an Assistant Property Manager in a Commercial setting.
CRE software ideal Commercial Property Management experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial Leasing/tenant relations experience desired with the ability to effectively oversee vendors.
Must possess strong knowledge of finance and building operations with the ability to analyze and prioritize.
Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language Assist with overseeing operations property management.
Lease administration and abstracting duties.
Tenant relations.
Move in-out administration Budget review and compliance.
Monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
Bid out, coordinate tenant finish projects.
Coordinate and manage maintenance requests Vendor sourcing, selection and management Acquisitions due diligence on potential properties Insurance compliance management Review, code and approve invoices Review rental aging reports and assist with collections.
Review general ledger to ensure accuracy.
Perform periodic regular property inspections.
Recommend any and all alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary.
Assist with development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
Cultivate relationships with tenants and hospital personnel.
Lead capital improvement projects including tenant improvements.
