Prototyping and Testing:
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas and ensure feasibility.
Conduct testing and gather feedback to refine innovations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas.
Project Management:
Lead innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring milestones are met, and deliverables are achieved within established timelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.

, Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in driving innovation initiatives and implementing successful solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
