As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:
o Assist -Assist the store General Manager in the success of daily operations o Delegate - Delegate tasks so that the Mod experience is achieved and maintained for customers o Share Your Knowledge - Lead by example and share your knowledge to encourage the team's success o Connections - Create meaningful relationships with the team (squad), the guests, and the community o Celebrate - Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrates the wins with the team o Standards - Ensure the highest standards in the quality, safety and cleanliness of our product and environment.
